1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Seoreh, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the platform.
2. Platform Description
Seoreh is a healthcare technology platform connecting patients, healthcare professionals, pharmacies, laboratories and healthcare organizations. Seoreh provides technology services and is not itself a healthcare provider unless expressly stated.
3. Eligibility
Users must be at least 18 years old, or use the platform with legally required parental or guardian consent, provide accurate information, and maintain account security.
4. Patient Responsibilities
Patients must provide accurate health information, attend appointments, use the platform lawfully, follow advice from licensed professionals and understand that medical emergencies require local emergency services rather than Seoreh.
5. Healthcare Professional Responsibilities
Healthcare professionals must maintain valid registration and licensing, comply with applicable healthcare laws, preserve confidentiality, practice within their scope and meet professional standards. Seoreh may suspend or remove providers who fail verification.
6. Pharmacy Responsibilities
Pharmacies must maintain valid licences, verify prescriptions where required and comply with pharmaceutical regulations.
7. Verification
Seoreh may verify professional credentials, licences and registrations. Verification does not guarantee professional competence or outcomes.
8. User Conduct
Users may not submit false information, impersonate others, upload malicious software, violate laws, abuse other users or interfere with platform operations.
9. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property relating to Seoreh remains the property of Seoreh or its licensors unless otherwise stated.
10. Payments
Applicable fees must be paid using approved methods. Refunds are governed by applicable policies. Healthcare professionals remain responsible for their tax obligations.
11. Healthcare Disclaimer
Seoreh provides technology infrastructure only. Clinical decisions remain the responsibility of qualified healthcare professionals and patients. Platform information does not replace professional medical advice.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Seoreh is not liable for medical outcomes, third-party negligence, service interruptions, external data loss or indirect damages. Nothing excludes liability where prohibited by applicable law.
13. Indemnification
Users agree to indemnify Seoreh and its officers, employees and affiliates against claims arising from misuse of the platform or violation of these Terms or applicable law.
14. Data Protection
Personal information is processed in accordance with the Seoreh Privacy Policy and applicable laws including POPIA, GDPR and other relevant healthcare privacy requirements where applicable.
15. Suspension and Termination
Seoreh may suspend or terminate accounts for breaches of these Terms, fraud, security risks or unlawful conduct.
16. Modifications
Seoreh may update these Terms. Continued use after publication constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
17. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where Seoreh operates, subject to mandatory consumer, healthcare and data protection laws. Where applicable, HIPAA, GDPR, POPIA and similar regulations remain applicable.
